Motaz is the founder and Broker of Record of Saqqa Realty, bringing an entrepreneurial approach and a genuine passion for real estate to the brokerage. With years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate across local and international markets, he brings a broad perspective to every transaction. He works closely with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and agents across Niagara, the GTA, and surrounding communities. With a focus on creative problem solving, strong negotiation, and building lasting relationships, Motaz founded Saqqa Realty with a simple vision: to create a modern, client focused brokerage where people come first and real estate is done right.

With over 14 years of real estate experience, Dany brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and a client first approach to Saqqa Realty. Based in Thornhill and serving Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Mississauga, and surrounding GTA communities, Dany works with buyers, sellers, and investors across a wide range of real estate needs. She also brings a strong creative and design perspective to the team, contributing to the brokerage’s branding, marketing, event planning and visual presence.
